* Make sure that the necessary interlocutor is in your Contacts. If he is not, use Search function. (see “Search”).
Method 1: when in “Calls and Chat” window. You will be offered to choose an interlocutor from Contacts. If an interlocutor is a user of DROTR you will start communication with him. If he is a non-user of DROTR, he will receive your invitation to set up DROTR and keep communication.
Method 2: when in Contacts tab press the icon of a contact, where you will be offered a miniprofile with possible variants of communication (chat, audio or videocall).
* Switch over to Contacts tab and press it. You will be offered to find a contact by e-mail and invite him. Follow the further instructions.
* For Android users any formats can be sent. There are some apple restrictions on sending video and music files for IOS users.
* DROTR has no restrictions on quantity and size of the sent files. The only restriction is the speed of your Internet connection.
* DROTR has no restriction on simultaneous choice of a number of photos from your Gallery. Choose as many as you want.

* Check if your e-mail is correctly entered
* Check Spam box in your e-mail (Promotions box for Gmail users)
* We send the confirmation code immediately, but due to unknown reasons, in some cases the letter with the confirmation code can delay.

- I have a registered DROTR account, but I cannot enter the application.
* You need to stop the DROTR application and clear the data cash in the system settings of your smartphone. After this start the application up and enter your account. If the problem remains address our support service
* To protect your privacy the function of blocking notifications, files and calls is on in default. To cancel the blocking enter the Chat settings in Privacy section and switch on what you need.
* Translation control is available in the settings of every chat. To see a message in two languages you need to activate the Text display switch in the interlocutor’s language.
* Voice recognition is not accessible for some languages. Your interlocutor’s native language may be among those languages. On the list of languages they are marked as “Chat only”. For communication with translation only in Chat mode.
* It means that for your language speech recognition is inaccessible and voice and video communication is realized without translation. Use text chat for communication with translation.
* To see the list of the blocked contacts and change it, it is necessary to enter “Blocked contacts” in General settings and do what is needed.
